I am thankful for choices. Especially choices regarding food. Boy, is there a bunny trail!
In particular, I am thinking of gluten free choices and alternatives. I made a pumpkin cheesecake for a small group get-together and it has a gluten free gingersnap crust. This particular recipe also calls for vanilla whipped cream–which is so much easier and tastier to make by hand. OK, with a small electric hand mixer…Yum!
Now to do more research for some dairy & soy free alternatives for the cream cheese and whipping cream…
