Foodie friday horseradish

I am thankful for horseradish. Wonderfully flavorful, not hot per se like peppers, but rather…zesty. A beautiful accoutrement to roast beef.

Not Horsey Sauce, thank you very much. Although I will allow that Horsey Sauce is better than yellow mustard or ketchup/catchup/Whatever. I know, not exactly setting the bar very high.

Wasabi also rocks, but then, it is a horseradish, is it not?
